You may order any book in print from us. We will make every effort to obtain it. If you prefer a used copy, please ask, often our used book annex has good quality "previously owned" books, tapes, cds or videos that are a bargain. We will ship by US post, UPS (ground or air), or FEDEX throughout the world. Our domestic shipping charges are proportional to the real cost. For a purchase amount of 0-$15, the minimum cost for domestic UPS or US post is $4.50. International rates are proportional to the weight of the parcel, for a package not over a pound, the minimum surface rate for overseas is $4.50, the minimum air rate is $10.00.
