In the last two years, sales have been drastically low and the Bodhi Tree Bookstore has been operating at a loss. Looking for ways to provide financial relief, we entered into an agreement to sell the buildings and property, but not the bookstore, with a closing date of November 2011. We will be open as usual until the fall of 2011. We have a year and one half to forge the bookstore's future path. The pick-up/drop-off area is the parking meter space in front of the Bodhi Tree Annex building at 8583 Melrose Avenue. The cost is $5.00 and it is in operation from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm daily. This program is a joint program of The City of West Hollywood, the Urth Caffé, the Bodhi Tree Bookstore and other local merchants. We hope everyone finds this parking program convenient and useful!Now, to make it even easier for you to take advantage of the convenience of using the Valet parking facility, we have initiated a "validated" parking program. For a minimum purchase of $15.00, we will reimburse or credit the $5.00 Valet fee.
