Shipping Policy

  • Orders are generally processed and ready for shipping within 24 hours of receipt.
  • If we have to backorder any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it's shipped.
  • You may cancel your order at any time. Contact us by Email, Fax 1-310-659-0178, or phone, call 1-800 825-9798 (within Los Angeles County call 1-310 659 1733), and give the order number from the Order Confirmation page.
  • We ship web originating order by Ground or Air, as you select . You may choose to order online and pick up at the store. If you choose to phone or fax the order to us, on the next page, please click on the "Printable Order Form For Mail, Phone or Fax" to get an itemized order list with all pertinent information. Then call us at (800) 825-9798  (within Los Angeles County call 310 659-1733), or Fax us at 1-800-659-0178. The printed form can also be emailed: email Sales.
  • Inside the United States Orders
    • We ship UPS ground (insured) within the continental U.S. whenever possible, otherwise, via the U.S. Postal Service.
    • For web originated orders we ship the following methods.
      1. United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service (Insured)
      2. United Parcel Service (UPS) 2nd Day Air
      3. United States Postal Server (USPS) Air Service Priority Mail
      4. United States Postal Server (USPS) Ground Service Mail
    • Normal delivery time within California is 1-3 business days/coast-to-coast is 5-7 business days.
  • Outside the United States Orders
    • Orders may be shipped by Ground or by Air Carriers. Please call, email, or fax us to obtain exact shipping charges.
    • Rates and methods of shipping internationally have changed considerably in recent times. The USPS offers First Class International Mail (ground service, no estimated time of arrival) and International Priority Mail (air service, estimated arrival time of 6-10 business days ). In addition, pre-sized, flat rate boxes (small to large) are available. Please call, email, or fax us to obtain exact shipping charges.
  • Method of Payment
    • Payment: Charge cards are preferable.
    • We no longer accept personal Checks
    • Money Orders must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
